320x86x49 Rubber Tracks

Under normal operating conditions, our 320x86x49 rubber tracks typically last between 1,200 and 1,600 hours on compact track loaders (CTLs). However, terrain, workload, and maintenance practices can impact their longevity.​

To ensure the 320x86x49 replacement tracks are the correct size for your compact track loader, you’ll need to measure your current rubber tracks.

Here’s how to measure:

1. Track Width (mm): The first number, 320mm, represents the track width. Measure across the entire width of the rubber track from one side to the other.
2. Pitch Distance (mm): The second number, 86mm, refers to the pitch distance, which is the measurement between the center of one tread lug and the center of the next.
3. Number of Links: The third number, 49, indicates the total number of links in the track. The number of links determines the overall length of the track.

Your 320x86x49 tracks may need replacement if you notice cracks, rips, missing or damaged lugs, significant tread wear, or tracks that no longer maintain proper tension. However, loose tracks on your compact track loader (CTL) could also be caused by low track tension due to insufficient grease in the adjuster. Before assuming replacement is necessary, check the track adjuster grease valve and tighten the tracks as needed. If the tracks remain loose or show visible damage, it’s time to replace them.
